Privacy policy
This test is an academic research tool. This page explains what data is collected, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights.
Who is responsible
Esteban Vivanco, a student of the Innovation and Transformation specialised master's programme at CentraleSupélec, as part of his professional thesis on agentic AI adoption.
Contact: esteban.vivanco@student-cs.fr
Why your data is collected
Your answers are used only for an academic study on AI adoption in companies, in particular to validate the ACCE model on a larger sample. Results are published only in aggregated form: no person or company can be identified.
If you leave your email and tick the consent box, it is used only to send you your results and the study's findings. It is never shared or used for anything else.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
What is collected
Your answers to the questionnaire: your company's name (optional), size, type, sector and regions; your team and role; the company's AI practices; your own uses and opinions. Your own name is never asked for.
Your free-text comments (optional) and your email, only if you give it with your consent.
Technical data: language, completion time and an encrypted, non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address, used only to limit abuse (mass submissions). The IP address itself is not stored.
No advertising cookies or trackers. Your browser keeps your progress for 24 hours, on your device only, so you can resume the test; your email is never saved there.
Who has access, and where
Only the researcher has access to individual answers. Two technical providers process them on his behalf: Vercel (website hosting) and Neon (database). Data is stored and processed in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
As these providers are US companies, they are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements (European Commission standard contractual clauses).
How long
Your email is deleted as soon as your results and the study's findings have been sent, and at the latest 12 months after you took part.
Your answers are kept for 3 years for research. After that, the company name, free-text comments and the technical fingerprint are deleted, leaving only anonymous answers.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to answers is password-protected, and the site uses least-privilege access only: the public part can save an answer but cannot read anyone else's.
Your rights
You can at any time access your data, have it corrected or erased, withdraw your consent, object to its processing or ask for it to be restricted, by writing to esteban.vivanco@student-cs.fr. As your name is not collected, mention the email you used, or the date and a few of your answers, so your response can be found.
You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
